We are a very quiet and safe mature park in the Northwest Colorado Springs area.  42 foot Recreational Vehicles are welcome.  Our park is convenient for tourists and non-tourist alike.  There are no play areas or sidewalks, tents, showers or restrooms available.  RV's must be self contained.  46 gravel RV spaces with concrete pads, all back-ins with full hook ups (50 Amp).  We like pets, but there are restrictions (weight and size limits).  Come and stay year around, or nightly ($25.00), Weekly ($150.00) or Monthly ($400.00). (Includes Electric, Water, Sewer and Trash).  If you are staying a length of time, telephone and cablevision hookups are available at your expense.  We are well within the city limits, secluded with a heavily treed area less than 10 minutes from downtown Colorado Springs.  A small community church 4 blocks away...A laundry across the street, Convenient to fast food as well as sit down restaurants, Grocery shopping, Hospital etc. (See Attractions/Links for more info)

This is an RV Park and we do not have picnic tables or allow campfires.  Come and stay one night or indefinitely.  OPEN YEAR ROUND

This is the time of year when everyone wants to get outside, hike the nearby trails, or just stroll quietly through the Park enjoying the song birds, the squirrels, or even the sighting of one of those little foxes as he trots ahead of you or just sits and observes you from afar.  Don't feed that raccoon or he may expect to come inside the next time your door is open!  When in the Park keep in mind those little squirrels are so tame they are more likely to sit up and watch your car approach than run from you, 10 mph please!  Be Careful!

Are you a bicycle enthusiast?  Are you a hiker?  Want to walk your little dog in wider spaces than the park?  Trails that just won't quit within blocks of Northwoods Village.  Beautiful biking and walking trails.  Ask at the office.

This is a very quiet mature park OPEN YEAR ROUND.  Very quiet with shady sites, most have CEMENT pads with a serene setting.  There are no play areas or sidewalks available.  No motorcycles are allowed.  Small indoor dogs are allowed (may be walked on leashes in the Park - clean up expected).  No barking.  Cats must be kept indoors.  May be tied outside if the owner is with them.  All pets in this park must be spayed or neutered with current shots and tags.  They must be kept safe and loved.
